If you’re someone who keeps up with the latest releases and genuinely enjoys helping others find their next favorite game, you might be a perfect fit. We value team members who bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to connect with a wide range of players—from beginners to lifelong hobbyists. Retail experience is great, but game knowledge, enthusiasm, and communication skills are even more important to us.

Our ideal candidates are:

  • 18 years of age or older

  • Excited to be part of an inclusive gaming community

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

  • Passionate about learning new games and sharing recommendations

  • Knowledge in Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer, Pokémon, Board Games, and Indie RPGs is a big plus
